What gets deleted

- Your face photos
- Scan results, scores and findings
- Your routine, progress history and streaks
- Profile answers (skin goals, type, preferences)
- Your account and sign-in details (if you choose full account deletion)
- Any data derived from your photos
Kept for a limited time, only where the law requires it
- Payment and invoice records (for tax and accounting): 7 years
- A record that you asked for deletion, with no photos or scores
- Backups, which are overwritten within 30 days
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can't identify you
Can't use the form?
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my data". We'll verify it's you and respond within 30 days.
