How to get the most accurate scan
- 01Same light for all four photos: Stand near natural, indirect window light.
- 02Bare face, no filters: Remove makeup and heavy moisturizers before capturing.
- 03Hair off your face: Keep forehead and cheek lines visible for front & side shots.
- 04Top of head: Hold phone slightly above your head and tilt down to scan hair density.
What happens to your photo
Biometric security and patient data autonomy
Your photos are used to create your scan results and are stored securely on our servers so you can track your progress over time. We store up to four images per scan (front, left, right, top of head), and deletion removes all four images and any derived telemetry data. We never sell your face data. Read our Privacy Policy or use our Delete My Data tool at any time.

Is this a medical test?
No. Glowdly provides cosmetic skin and grooming guidance based on facial photo analysis. It is not a diagnostic medical tool. If you have concerns about skin conditions or clinical disorders, consult a licensed dermatologist.
Why do you need an email?
