1. Agreement
Using Glowdly means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over. You won't submit photos of anyone else without their permission.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
4. What Glowdly is
Cosmetic skin and grooming guidance. Scores are estimates from a photo. Not medical advice. See the Disclaimer.
5. Your photos and content
You own your photos. You give us a limited license to process, store and display them to provide the service to you and, if you opt in, to improve it. Only upload photos of yourself.
6. Free scan and Glowdly Plus
Plan features, prices ($9/month or $79.90/year, about $6.66/month from the shared config), taxes, and price changes with notice.
7. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel from the web account area, the App Store, or Google Play depending on where you subscribed. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Auto-renewal terms are shown clearly before you pay.
8. Refunds
DECIDE: guarantee window. Store purchases follow the store's refund rules.
9. Acceptable use
No uploading others' photos, illegal content, scraping, reverse-engineering, abusing scan limits, or using results to harass or judge others.
10. Third-party products and links
We don't make or guarantee products. Retailer terms apply. Affiliate links may earn us a commission — see Affiliate Disclosure.
11. Intellectual property
Glowdly's brand, software, reports and content belong to us. We give you a personal, non-commercial license to use the service.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee results or accuracy.
13. Limitation of liability

14. Termination
You can stop and delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
DECIDE: country/state, courts or arbitration.
